Cozy and Warm

yes, all the reviews are true. Ed and Christine are warm and welcoming. Rooms are cozy with a B & B feel. Fresh homemade goodies for breakfast. Our room was a little smaller than some with a double bed. Clean, Clean, Clean.

Owners outstanding and pleasant

Bathroom is a little small but overall the hotel was great, breakfast was delicious and speaking with the owners was a pleasure

Wonderful Hotel

The entire stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The owners Ed and Christine were always attentive and insured we had when we needed. The breakfast was also wonderful all freshly baked muffins and cakes.

GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY

THIS WAS A VERRY RELAXING AND SATISFYING PLACE TO STAY. THE ROOMS WERE VERRY CLEAN,THE GROUNDS WERE VERRY NICE ALSO. THE OWNERS ARE STILL WORKING ON THE OUT SIDE BUT ARE NEVER IN THE WAY. MY WIFE AND I WILL DEFENETLY RETURN.....

Great room for the money.

Owners extremely pleasant. Breakfast muffins home made and delicious. Noise from road loud. Room small but adequate.

Great accommodations and great service for a great price

The service at this establishment has to be experienced to be believed. The owners are outstanding in their ability to accommodate every need of their guests. They serve a wonderful breakfast, have the most comfortably decorated rooms, make each and every guest feel like they are old friends who are cherished, and give recommendations that are proven true. When they make a suggestion it is to be believed and enjoyed. We hated to leave and look forward to a return visit.

Excellent Hosts

Mount Battie was a nice surprise, located right between and very close to Camden and Lincolnville.... It's a classic older motel with really, REALLY great hosts/owners who are the most helpful people I've met. The home-baked breakfast treats were fabulous, and they continue to upgrade the grounds!

Mount Battie was a pleasant experience.

Even though Mount Battie is 4 miles out of Camden, we really enjoyed our stay here. The drive into town was easy and we enjoyed the quiet location across the highway from the ocean. The hotel managers are excellent. The continental breakfast is very high quality. The room wasn't large or fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, nice, restful. We enjoyed our chairs on the porch outside our door. Would definitely stay again.
