Great room for the money.

The hotel is close to Disneyland along with the Honda Center & Anaheim Stadium. Only stayed one night to attend an event at the Honda Center. Close to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions

Very clean and modernly decorated. Great place to stay if going to Disneyland. Would stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel was horrible! Even though this hotel was newly remodeled our room was gross. There was hair in the bed and on the towels and on the floor of the bathroom. We stayed at this hotel to go to Disneyland and they offer a shuttle to the park and let me just say that was horrible too. It was late most of the time. Would even miss pick ups. On top of all that there were no wash clothes ever. We never got wash clothes we had to ask and the first night we were able to get two and then after that there were out, we didn't even get towels the first night. Guest service was....well you can guess HORRIBLE! They could care less of our needs. We commented on our stay and they could care less. I would never stay at this hotel again. Would be worth it to pay more and stay somewhere cleaner and nicer!

Served Purpose

Not near enough to Disneyland to walk. Not very comfortable if just hanging out in room. Served purpose of place to sleep when not out enjoying Anaheim.

Great Hotel

I was very surprised to see the upgrades that Motel 6 has made compared to past visits. I went online to book a last minute trip in the summer and noticed the deal that was on the hotels.com was very good. I booked my trip and was very pleased to see how much renovation was done in the rooms. They were very clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. There is not enough parking for visitors and if your at the park and you come back late you are really out of luck in parking. But overall the stay was nice.

Great hotel

The Motel 6 Anaheim Main Gate exceeded our expectations. This was our first time staying at a Motel 6 and we were very pleased. We go to Disneyland frequently and we almost always get a hotel. We normally stay in hotels that are rated 4 stars and above but this time we tried to budget our money better. We really weren't expecting the hotel to be great but figured it would be a place to sleep so that we didn't have to make the drive home after 12 AM. As soon as we got to the hotel we were impressed. The staff in the hotel lobby was very friendly and inviting. Our room was very clean and had a lot of space. The parking was awesome especially because we are used to having to pay at most hotels. We were able to park right outside our room where we could see our car from the window. The location was also nice, very quiet and clean. It was not far from disneyland at all. We took the shuttle from the hotel to Disneyland but on our way back we decided to walk and it didn't take long at all. Also it was a very safe area. The hotel is especially great for the price! We will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel with a great price!

good place to stay for short disney visit

clean and comfortatble. great check-in/out. great parking and transport to disney (for small fee). no hair dryer. only stayed one night. drove to denny's for breakfast then came back to park and get shuttle.

What a nice stay

The room was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool and the AM coffee. For grandparents with their offspring it is a wonderful and safe environment without breaking the bank.

Good for an overnight stay

This was a good experience given the location and the price of the room. The check in staff were accomadating adn gave us a very quiet room. The hotel is right off the freeway but we did not hear any freeway noise. The room was recently remodeled, large and clean. The lobby area was not as well kept or upgraded. I came as an overnight guest and not to visist Disneyland so it was a great stay over all. I would probably want to stay somewhere else if I were to travel there for more than a day or two.

Good Location, Good Price

Not bad, Rooms were a little empty but nice and modern. Great location about 5 mins from Disneyland and Honda center.

Needs Improvement

I would not recommend this "motel" to anyone. The rooms were updated, yes, but the towels were thin and the comforters were dirty. The room I stayed in had a broken AC, which caused me to have to switch rooms at 2am! I wasn't offered any type of compensation and was seriously displeased with the level of service and urgency.
