friendly, clean, comfy

Near Tony Roma's and Applebee's, plus has room service and their own in-hotel restaurant. Staff is very friendly and the bed is very comfy. Located between 280, 880 and 101 is very convenient in getting to wherever you need to go. Looking forward to staying there again.

It was just "OK"

Overall the hotel was much nicer inside than it appreared from the outside. My reason for not recommending this hotel was that there was a strong smell of sewer gas the three days I was there. It was great weather, so I was able to open the window, but sometimes even that did not help. The bar and grill was OK for breakfeast, but when I tried to get a drink during happy hour the bar was open but there was not bartender. I waited a few minutes for someone to show up, but no luck. The room was a nice size and the internet was free. The room looked good and I would have liked it except for the smell.

You'll feel good about yourself for staying here. Looks good, feels good.

One on the best values

This was one of the greatest values I've eer booked. Got a fantastic rate for two nights with a great hot breakfast (not like any free breakfast I've had before) for two people. Really close to the 280. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Got a ten dollar bar credit, free wine during happy hour. Good sushi place across the street. Would love to stay again. Seemed like more than three stars.

Clean and close to freeway

I like the cleaningness nice big bed close to freeway and price wise great I will come over and over again. Just a little problem the drains but everything else was great!!!

My girlfriend and I slept very uncomfortable. stiff mattress. but it all looked great. nice hotel.

Great Value!

Great Hotel to stay at during our trip to Santa Cruz. Better than anything you'll find in Santa Cruz for less money. Spa and heated pool were a fun bonus. Breakfast was also a good value. Definitely would stay here again!

Looks better in photos

I feel that this Hotel appears to be over rated. The rooms much smaller than I expected. The bathroom did not have enough towels for four people. Only two large towels. The rate was higher so I expected a very nice Hotel. I would have like to have seen a continental breakfast. I would not stay again. The Cabana looked very appealing in the photos, but it wasw just not what I expected for the rate. There was a very stinky order when we entered the room.
