    the price is very affordable and extremely clean, the gardens give you a sense of relaxation. I will stay again and longer great location to visit surrounding towns

    This is our 6th hotel in the Colima area in the past four years. It was by far the nicest overall experience. It is a bit far out for walking, but if you rent a car or take taxis it is no problem. Other than the large area in front of the hotel, the grounds were well landscaped and maintained. The room was very spacious with marble floors and bathrooms and an air conditioner that was both quiet and worked well (a rarity in Colima by our experience). We only ate breakfast at the restaurant, but it was tasty, well presented and not too expensive for the area. The only word of caution I have is for travelers who don't speak at least a little Spanish: We did not meet any hotel staff that spoke English. They were all friendly and tolerated my poor Spanish well, however. Note that the hotel is about one mile further northeast than shown on the current map link.

Location. Mision Colima is less than five kilometers from downtown Colima, Mexico. The town of Comala is less than 13 kilometers from the hotel.

Hotel Features. Manzanillo restaurant and bar serves local cuisine and cocktails. A business center and meeting facilities are on site. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

Guestrooms. The colonial hacienda-style Mision Colima features guestrooms with views of gardens surrounding the property and the Colima volcano. Bedding features embroidered linen bedspreads and iron and linen headboards. Rooms include minibars. Accommodations are equipped with cable television.
