Hotel Features. Hand-painted ceiling frescoes created by Italian artist Giovanni Smeraldi are showcased in the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles' lobby. The hotel's Smeraldi's Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere of hand-painted murals. This restaurant's specialty is northern Italian and California cuisine. Sai Sai offers traditional Japanese dishes in a contemporary setting. The ornate, rococo-style Rendezvous Court serves light lunches, afternoon tea and cocktails. The Cognac Room offers fine wines and liqueurs in an aristocratic setting. The hotel's Art Deco indoor pool is adorned with the original blue-and-ivory tiles.
