Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 51Nice Lobby, Run Down Room
The lobby was pretty nice and it was conveniently located. Hope you don't want a quiet room though. I could hear the person in the next room do everything.....EVERYTHING! The walls are so thin, it left nothing up to the imagination.

Okay hotel, staff nice, close to mall and not far from airport but needs to refurbish the 80's decor-Feels old and unkept.

room was comfortable, I was on the 8th floor and there was good water pressure in the shower. 10 minutes to downtown Buffalo.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 51Bad Experience
We made a last minute booking through Hotels.com. We got to the hotel 2 1/2 hours after making the reservation. They had no reservation for us. I suggested they check their faxes to see if it was there. It was. It took them about 1/2 hour to imput the information in their system. The room we got was horrible. By the fitness centre, by the ice machine and infront of the swimming pool. The room was large and clean but the furnishings look like they have not been updated since the 1970's. Front desk agents were very slow and unaccommodating. Would not stay here again. The star rating of this hotel is much higher than it really should be.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 11 of 51not great but not bad
My room was out dated but did see another room that was done over and it was nice. Rooms are average size but thats it nothing extra. My 2 issues were, a dirty wash cloth was haning in our shower when we walked into the room for the first time and check out took forever because alot of people came at the same time and the to 2 hotel employees were waiting on one guest.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 51Love It!
Had a little Easter getaway. Returned to Millennium because of previous experiences. Loved swimming in the pool, which is dimly night in the evening. Enjoyed the exercise room. Very beautiful decor for Easter in the lobby. My only complaint would be a second bed with a serious dent in it, but our room was right by the pool, as requested, and spacious.

This hotel is extremely run down. The rooms are dirty and abused. We switched rooms because we could not open our door and still could not open one of our doors in that room.
