Hotel Features. The Millcroft Kitchen uses many natural and organic ingredients in the preparation of its regionally inspired cuisine. Events can be hosted in a limestone building that was the former wool storage house for the mill. Five meeting spaces accommodate between eight and 80 people. The River Room functions as a banquet hall. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available. The inn's conference center houses a business center equipped with Internet access, and photocopy and fax machines. The Millcroft Spa, Centre for Well-Being offers Sunday Yoga classes and offers European spa therapies and signature treatments. Therapies for both men and women include malt and barley exfoliations followed by a cold glass of premium draft beer. Other treatments include Jin Shin Jyutsu, microdermabrasion therapies and aquamarine facials that employ Ayurvedic herbs. Recreation options include an outdoor pool.

Guestrooms are equipped with complimentary high-speed Internet access. Manor House guestrooms are decorated in heritage colors and antique furnishings. Select accommodations offer jetted tubs and afford views of the gardens. Main Mill guestrooms blend Canadian and European design elements and offer separate sitting areas. Chalets are contemporary in décor, offer fireplaces and feature patios.
