Wonderful staff, excellent location

We stayed here to visit our daughter at CCU it was a great location and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

Air conditioner did not work. asked for maintenance and was told he was coming never showed. 85 degrees in room. miserable. also did not get room requested. for the price this hotel is not your best choice.

good hotel at low cost!

The hotel was nice. More than what I expected. Low rates, good location, and comfortable room.On a scale form 1 to 10 in cleaningless, I would give it an 8. What you see on the web page is what you get. It's like 5 to 7 minutes away from the beach, but it's very easy to get there and there is not that much of a traffic! I would definitely go back!

Great room for the money!

We booked a 6 night stay peak season at this hotel. It was a 2 queen bed suite with a fridge and microwave. The price was absolutely wonderful. There were some minor problems such as the remote for the t.v. not working. The ice machine on our floor was out of service and they didn't have any caffeinated coffee but for the great price and the excellent location it was wellll worth the stay. I would stay here again in the future. We were within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do and the low cost of our stay let us have extra money to do everything we wanted to do!

Not So Clean

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The furniture in the room had many stains as did the carpet. When we pulled the covers back we found several hairs in the sheets. We had to wonder if the bedding had been changed. It's too bad, if clean, this would have been an excellent room.

Needs Improvement

I hate to say this, but when I got ready to put my grandson to bed when I turned back the cover, there was hair clinging to the sheets and on the pillow cases. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor and the toilet paper looked and felt like it had been wet. Sorry about the report and when we talked with the girl at the desk, she said she would call right back and we didn't receive a call from her, and so we checked out and she didn't even offer us another room, or our money back. No I will not stay at this place again. They need to make sure their workers are doing their jobs.
