great hotel

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had awesome service.The staff is very friendly and rooms are very nicely done,and rates are great.

A Little Disappointing

Asked for non-smoking room, was given smoking room and told it couldn't be changed. Entire floor smelled like smoke. Room was "treated" to eliminate smoke odor, but it made little difference. Room was tiny, even smaller than my college dorm roon. Clean and comfortable otherwise. Luckily, I was in town to see family and spent very limited time in the room. Breakfast was minimal but OK. Outdoor pool was unheated and therefore unusable for all but polar bears although temps were in the 80s.

Time for Upgrades

A/C filters dirty. Mattresses sunk in the middle. Would NOT stay again. Breakfast minimal but adequate.

small room and noisy

small room and we had a very noisy upstairs neighbor, who must have been running in his room although I don't see how they would have had the room unless they had a two room suite. Also the continental buffet is more like a snack. No waffles or fruit. Coffee was terrible. Air conditioner fan would not stay running with fan on low or high. Ok for one night but not long term.

great for the price

The hotel was so clean. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. What stood out to us was how clean it smelled. Pool looked great too.

Great Value

Room was exactly what you pay for. It was definitely a no frills hotel, but that was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well stocked. I will definitely stay again.

great room for the money

The room was very clean,and the bed comfortable. The young man at the front desk was especially nice and helpful.

Good hotel for the money

Hotel room and bath were clean....bed was comfortable. Only wish our room would have been a little bit larger....a queen size bed was a little tight.

you get what you pay for

I suppose you cannot expect much when you pay so little. We had to switch rooms numerous times due to beeping smoke alarms, excessive noise, smell of smoke in a non smoking room. There was a hand print on the back of the bathroom door. I can normally put up with a lot in a hotel, but I was woken up at 4 am every morning because of excessive noise from other people staying there. The people who worked there were great and tried their best, but like I said before when you pay for a cheap hotel that is what you get. I will not stay there again.

One Suggestion

The only suggestion I have is the air conditioner unit was quite loud when it would turn on to cool the room. During the night it could even be startling. Other wise we enjoyed out stay.

this is a clean no frills business hotel with clean rooms.

Hotel and room are clean and new.Plenty of parking.Conveniently located to many restaurants,some are walking distance.The complimentary breakfast is a plus.Would stay there again.
