no working phone

For the price, this was a very good deal. My only complaints are that the phone in the room did not work and there was no ice machine on the third floor where my room was.

Smelled like smoke

The room we reserverd was a non-smoking room. And it was no-smoking, however the hall was so filled with the smell it felt like a smoking room. The towels in our bathroom were damp. YUCK. I would not recomend this hotel.

Way too sparse

No bathroom fan, no toilet lid, no DVD player, tiny room with a hot tub included as an afterthought. Way too small for a "Suite". I guess a microwave and a refer makes it a suite?? Only one night stand, no desk.

Great stay, but forgot to clean room

This hotel exceeded my expectations (I was just looking for a cheap, clean place to stay while gem mining in the area). However, when we returned the next day, our room had not been refreshed/serviced. I've never had this happen before! But, the manager immediately had someone come up and remedy the situation without a problem and was very apologetic. This really wasn't a big deal, but was a little strange.

Okay!

Hotel was clean and met our needs for an overnight stay. Breakfast was okay, I've had better. Staff were not overly friendly.

The Hotel room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Would definately stay there again.

Convenient and Clean

We only stayed 1 night on our way down to Florida. The hotel was clean and convenient to the freeway. Breakfast was really good.

Very nice

Friendly staff.Room was very clean and comfortable. The queen suite is a nice plus if you don't need the extra bed. An excellent value for the money.
