Excellent Room

This was a very pleasant stay. Hotel was VERY clean and neat, quiet and very convenient. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Ok for the money

The room was very small. They had mirrors over the wall the beds were on, I guess to make the room look bigger. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Small piece of chicken on one side of one bed. Blowdryer went out.

Good room for the money

I arrived very late and everything was ready and I had my roomkeys within a minute. Breakfast in the morning was ready before thir normal breakfast hours. The room was rather small but more than enough for a couple of hours of sleep.

Good room, not-so-good hotel

We were very satisfied with the room itself, but the management of this hotel left a lot to be desired. They seemed to have lost our reservation, then found it and gave us a key--to someone else's room! Fortunately all we found in there was luggage, not an angry person. They gave us another room, which was fine, but then they began cleaning the carpet in the hallway at about 8:30 on Sunday evening, and continued until after 10:00. When we asked what was going on, they told us this was routine maintenance, which they did once a year. So why do it when guests are settling into their rooms after a long day's travel?

pretty good other than the location

We had the suite. It had plenty of room for us and our baby's pack n play. The room was decorated much more modern than other hotels we've stayed. I liked the look of the room. It was hard to find and I am from the area. Overall, though, a good stay.

Great room for the money

Location was great close to shopping and restaurants. Room was a little small but you get what you pay for. Free breakfast clean rooms, I'll stay there again

Outstanding for the value

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was finding. Off a side street from a major road. Found on mapquest but not navigator system.

General

Our room was small but comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the ironing board and window seat were very stained. Otherwise the room was very clean. Also, the hotel is off the road a bit, as others have mentioned, and would be hard to find at night. It would be helpful if the website would mention the two furniture stores on either side of the hotel - it would make it easier to locate.
