The price, service, room, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, just about everything was perfect. And then came the TV, couldn't get it to work and called. The on-duty manager attempted but couldn't get it to work. Calls and promises to get the service technician to fix came and went and still nothing. Finally gave up and advised of my disatisfaction when I checked out.

Very friendly staff. We asked about the next room's dog barking when we checked in. We were immediately given a different room away from the barking dog.

I loved how clean it was. The bathroom was spacious and i was surprised how big the mini fridge was. Also Elma is a small town so it was easy to find a store or a place to eat. The hotel must be pretty new cause the room i had still kinda had the smear from the suction cups used to hold it in place. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. You won't find a nicer place to stay between Olympia and Ocean Shores. Property is new and the rooms are very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we have to travel again to Montesano to visit family.

We got a room with 2 queen size beds that each had 4 very big comfortable pillows. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very very quiet and clean. The breakfast available is waffles and cereal okay.
