Beds are completly covered with bugs. It was horrible.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Is it possible to give a zero or even negative rating? I usually don't give very negative reviews but I will gladly make an exception on this one. The room was old and terrible. The least they could have done is provide a clean bathroom. We only stayed one night and got out as soon as possible the next morning.

good room for the money

Not far from I90 off main road behind FRIENDLYS and CRACKERBARREL room was alittle on the small side but served the purpose The only thing i was disappointed in was that there was a toll between hotel and my destination. The troom was alittle dark when I got there. One of the light bulbs wasn't screwed in and the other needed to be replaced which the manager on duty did right away. I would consider staying again.

Needs improvement

I stay at Microtel Buffalo Williamsville to visit Niagara Falls. I had the confirmation email about my reservation (including room preference). However they were unable to give my reserved room, because they include guest locally. They should take care of online booking guest's room. Front desk people were very nice and friendly. But breakfast was not good to start a day. Hope they will improve their quality in future.

Not worth the price...

The hotel room was clean, but very old, outdated, and small. Continental breakfast was minimal. Room was about the size of a cruise cabin. Like i said, it was clean. But I wouldn't stay there again for what we paid.

Close to Airport

The room has no extras but for a night stay before going to the airport the next morning it was satisfactory.

Room Size

Rooms are very small. Not recommended for more than one night stay. Bathrooms are outdated and small. More suited for one person than two people.

This is an ok hotel to stay it for just a night when needing to be close to the airport.

It was OK

The place is OK for going to sleep. That's about it. Don't expect anything else, not even a Business Center, pool, nothing. Sleep, that's it. Worked for me.

Okay room for a good price

The room was very small but for the price it was good, The toilet took about 1 hour to fill between flushing. The outside of the building was very nice, but the inside was very rundown. The bed was so hard we could hardly sleep. The hotel staff was very nice, and very helpfull. I will stay at Microtels maybe not this one because I have had other good experiences at diffrent locations

Ok for the Money

We were able to be accomodated on the spot. However the rooms could have been a little more up dated. Not satisfied with the pillows. They needed more pillow on the bed (fuller and better quality). The bathroom needed shampoo and tooth paste which were not there when we checked in.
