The Meson Sacristia de Capuchinas in Puebla is a wonderful old building which has been converted in to a small hotel. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the service was uniformly excellent. The location, a few blocks from the Cathedral, is very convenient. The only complaint we had was the cost of the breakfast, which we thought was included in the daily cost and was not. Compared to local cafes, the cost was quite high, although the location (in the courtyard of this wonderful business) was great, the value was not. I would recommend that you maybe eat there the first morning, and then seek other places for your morning meal.
