Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 4Spacious, Comfortable Rooms
Very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with much-needed jacuzzi tub for weary travelers. Staff was helpful arranging dinner reservations. Location convenient to train station but a little walking is needed to major tourist attractions. Train station and adjacent neighborhood have urban elements which can make some people uncomfortable.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only negative part was the area was a bit scruffy and scarry at night. We had no problem, just the people in the street around the hotel were a bit questionable. Over all we had a great stay at this hotel.

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace is an elegant boutique hotel. It is conveniently located few minutes walk to Pourta Nouve Train Station and downtown Turin. The hotel is clean and bright with a nice LCD TV screen and a modern bathroom. The staff was very helpful and fluent in English (which was wonderful, bearing in mind I could not say a word in Italian)! Roberto, at the front desk was really understanding and gracious. A complimentary breakfast was advertised on hotels.com, which I found to be an added bonus to my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel charged me for it. After bring up the issue with hotels.com and staying on hold for some time, their customer service refunded the cost of the breakfast. I was very pleased with the hotel and the customer service team @ hotel.com - thank you!
