    The staff was outstanding at the hotel even though I checked in with no luggage (lost at Heathrow) and very late in the evening. They held my reservation and gave me toiletries and a timely wake up. I only stayed on evening but the hotel was lovely and 10 minutes from Heathrow without staying at a Marriott Heathrow or Shearaton Heathrow or the like. Steps away from Windsor Castle, it's in in the heart of Windsor on the High Street and truly picturesque. Would gladly recommend it, even with my view of the air conditioning unit from room 109 (ask for another room if you want a view ;)
