ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND NICE PERSONNEL VERY HELPFUL BAR WAS GREAT CAFETERIA HAS GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE LOCATION FOR OUR TRIP WAS EXCELLENT IN GERNERAL, VERY SATISFIED

Slow Front Desk and Terrible Tour Agency

Overall our experience at the Melia Reforma was very enjoyable. Only two complaints: at times the front desk was not well-staffed. Unfortunately for us, when we checked-in and when we checked-out, there was only one person working the front desk, which slowed things down. The other negative was the tour agency that the hotel uses; the concierge provided misleading information regarding what would be included in the tour fee. And the tour agency was a complete rip-off -- do not use Monopolis Tours!

Outstanding hotel

Hotel Melia was comfortable, very good location, 15 blocks from El Zocalo. Very kind attention. We had a big room, with a very big bathroom. I will recomend it, we would like to came back.

Needs renovation

Very nice staff but hotel needs a renovation. Too old for the price they charge. Location is really not that great. The view from the room is not nice. I thought it was going to be better.

Overall nice

The only disappointments were that the indoor pool is very small and the water was too warm, and I had paid extra to be on a special floor with its own lounge and beverages, but the lounge turned out to be closed.

Excellent Room, Lobby, Location

Very happy with the value of our stay. Restaurant, bar, fitness center etc were excellent. Bell Hop was polite and eager to please. Only problem we had was that we did not receive our 5:00 AM wake up call. Luckily I awoke at that time so we did catch our flight!

Great Hotel

Very nice hotel for the money. If you're a turist or work in the reforma area, this is for you. Central location and close to the best places for turists. However, if you work in Santa Fe, this is too far. Great gym, sauna, pool and spa.

Nice and worth the money

Very nice service and close to the city hall and park. One hour taxi drive to the Sun and Moon pyramid. The resturants are closed at 6:00 except sanbone. But Sanbone does have a lot of chices. Highly recommanded.

outstanding hotel

hi,this is the really place i would recommend to everybody, very good location- we walked a lot, safe neiborhoud, excellent breakfast,for very low cost. Only two things i'd like to improve is very quiet at night time(we had to go to the different places to spend evening)and no information about city or some show.We were very happy anyway.Helen.
