Outstanding Hotel

We were vacation travelers from the United States, who happened to be completing the sale of a home while on vacation. The staff at the Medina Executive Brisbane was extremely helpful in heping us coordinate the scanning of sales documents back to the states. The overall service from reception to restaurant services, to housekeeping was outstanding. We would recommend this establishment to anyone. A five star experience!!

Great hotel in convenient location

Hotel was very nice. I had a large room. It is close to the river so you can walk on the river each morning. You have to pay for internet access; it is not free. The hotel may be hard to get to by car.

Hard to get to

This hotel is hard to get to because of the way the streets are around it. Lots of one ways, no left turn, no right turn, etc. We got frustrated by that. Eventually, we found it by going across the bridge, and circling back. It is the first building to the left as you go north on the bridge. Our room was almost street level, and fairly noisy (4th floor), so if you can ask for a room higher up, that would be better. Other than that, it was fine. They have a car park garage for $5.00AU per night, which I thought was reasonable.

Great room and prices

A very nice hotel. The room was large and reasonably priced. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Fortitude Valley. My only complaint is that the access roads are a narrow, steep, and laid out in a difficult pattern.
