Needs repairs

It would be nice to know that you would be in an adjacent builing, not the hotel shown on the website, if you choose a Cabana suite. Those suites need to be improved as upon my visit, there were several safety concerns. The staff were not spirited, almost as if they wish they weren't working. The business center has only 2 computers..go figure the wait time. The one good thing I can say is that the breakfast was good, but I don't plan on any return trips.

Quality of Room was Great

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend.

Great Hotel

This hotel is perfect for the weekend traveler or the weekly guest. I have been a guest of this hotel for almost a month now. I have to say, the staff is great! Housekeeping cleans your rooms everyday and places clean towels in bathroom and puts clean sheets on the beds. The buffet breakfast is very good and free. The staff and waitresses are very friendly and always are willing to help you get exactly what you need. The bed is very comfortable. The dinner menu is excellent and the food is perfect, whether you want a burger or steak. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends who are coming to Dallas or who need a place to stay for a while. The high speed internet is flawless, and free! The location of the hotel is great because you have easy access to any of the major highways that travel through the Dallas area. My only disappointment is there is no HBO.

Why is this rated 3 stars??

I wonder why this hotel/motel (not kidding about the motel part, cabana anyone?)is rated 3 stars?? Even funnier, the hotels website puts themselves at 4!! Here is a fine analogy of the "Hotel Elegante": You order a seeming perfect grade A steak for $90 (Ballpark) at a fine dining establishment. You wait 35min for it to cook (airport pickup). When the meal finally arrives, you get excited. You pick up your fork and knife in anticipation, get ready to carve in this masterpiece, and.....its made of cheap plastic!! Completely hollowed out on the inside!!! No Meat!! Ahhh! You call the waiter over, but no response (room phone broken). Maybe you can eat some of this bread until he comes back, but no, its crusty (cable channels all fuzzy). You finally summon the waiter and now you understand, Welcome to Motel Elegante!

great room for the money.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.The room was was located by the pool, my kids loved this part of motel the best. and the complamentary breakfast was great.I personaly would stay again,The hotel is located in a good area with everything from restaraunts to attractions minutes away.

It was ok

Not in a good area, but I got a good price on the room so it was worth it. Any room with a balcony has an outside door...it is NOT a room in the main, tall building. A/C was broke, but it was fixed. Front desk was very friendly, along with the maintenance guy.

OK Room for the money

The room was ok. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Customer Service was just not what you expect from a 4 star. Dissapointed to say the least. If it wasnt for the great price I received I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Not Bad

For what I paid for the room this Hoyle was very gold. The price wasn't to bad it has all the modern stuff and a good staff.

Dallas Market Center visit

Pleasent hotel within easy reach of the June Market at DMC. Buffet breakfast is included and convenient. Room is a bit noisy since it is freeway close and the a/c is a bit loud. Good value. Clean. I'd stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel

The rooms were very comfortable. The only problem was requested 2 beds per room and at checkin the hotel only had single bed per room which would have been a problem if one of our party had not drop out at the last minute.
