NICE HOTEL GREAT LOCATION

The hotel was very clean and had a very nice lady working at the front desk.I lost my cell phone and the hotel called to let me know were it was and then sent someone to the room to be sure I got the message.Try to stay on the 5th floor or above and you will have a better view of the ocean.

Needs Inprovement

Rooms need to be cleaned. Ants in our room told cesk and nothing was done about it. Free breakfast was not what it use to be when we stayed here before. needs inprovement

Good room for the money

Got a great deal on a six night stay. Not high class, but good for the price. Within a block of the Atlantic/International intersection and right next to the Ocean Deck restaurant/night club.

Needs Improvement

Location is great; however, condition of hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Leaky shower fixtures, toilet that continued to run, dirty comforter on bed.

I really like the location of the hotel. It is next to the boardwalk and on the no driving part of the beach...this really helps when you have small children that are running back and forth. The service at the hotel is awesome and the rooms were kept very clean. Everyone was exceptionally nice and for the price, there is nothing to complain about.

Needs Improvement

Tub was clogged, had to stand in 6 inches of water to shower, when I left the maid a note for liquid plumber please she left a note "it fix" but was worse than ever and she left an envelope for a tip. No shampoo or wash cloths, did not empty the trash. Lady at desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. I ask for 2 beds but was not accommodated. Great Location!! Price too high for services, Maid was in charge of the continental breakfast and wore the same gloves at all times!

great room for the money

The hotel was overall really good. The bar in the hotel was only open from 3pm-9pm. But the bartender is very sweet. And the tiki bar outside wasn't open thru the week. But the hotel is in a GREAT location and bar and grill right next door that is open early and late.

Good Hotel

Good Location and nice pool and beach. Needs new matresses, clean overall. Good admenties refrigrator, microwave, coffee maker. Has free breakfast but didnt get to use that feature.

Amaaaazing House Keeping

The lady on floor seven is the nicest person i have met in the hotel industry!! if you stay here ask for floor 7!!!

Hard to sleep

It was the last weekend of spring break. So the bar next door played music with a DJ until 2am. No sleeping Friday or Saturday night until then. If you want a spring break hotel this would be fine. Not sure how it would be another time of year but other than that it was good to be right on the beach. Stayed Friday and Saturday night and the hotel room did not receive maid service during the visit. We did have enough towels for the weekend so it wasn't really a problem.
