- Very clean and comfortable room - Free washer and dryer - though dryer does not dry very well and the laundry room only opens from 8am-10pm - Free internet access and 2 free terminals if you did not bring your laptop - Good location if you do a lot of activities in South Maui area. But driving to West Maui was not terribly bad either, which takes about 45 minutes - Hotel location is nice and quite. But has no ocean views. - Overall a great hotel for the money

This is days inn not a hotel. They only have outdoor swimming pool with bar. no beach,ugly pictures on the building, blurry TV ( I can't watch most of channel) They said 80+ recommendation, but not true.

This hotel had a great pool size. It also had a big double queen size bedroom, an upgrade from what we had. The tub is huge, bathroom was pretty big. It was very roomy. However, I wasn't very fond of the towels. They were quite rough on my skin, but other than that, this hotel was very comfortable. The bed was amazingly soft and cozy. The view isn't that great, but you're out all the time so it doesn't matter. The front desk was very polite and helpful.

Trip Type: Family Review 26 of 86Great hotel and staff
In our recent trip to Maui we booked 2 nights at Maui coast. We had planed on camping our first 5 nights on the island. After 4 nights we had enough and wanted some comfort. I called the hotel staff and they got us a room right away. They even made sure that we wouldn't have to change rooms the next day for our reservation we already had. The staff was more than helpful and we give the hotel an A+ in every way possible.

Hotels in Maui are pretty pricey, this hotel was perfect for a good price. The pool was under construction but who needs a pool when you have a beach across the street. There is not much near by to eat.

The location of the hotel is good. It is very convenient to the stores nearby and the beach near the hotel is great. It is only 20 minutes drive to the Maui Ocean Center where many cruiese leave.The furniture is very new and the hotel is very clean.

Beautiful hotel from the lobby to the pool. Great staff of grounds keepers and workers were extremely friendly and thorough. We took a shuttle from the airport and were able to walk to the beach across the street every day, and near-by shops, and but spent most of our time relaxing by the beautiful pool. Live Hawaiian music by the pool-side bar every night for listening, not dancing. We ate meals at local restaurants rather than in the hotel. Definitely will plan to go again.
