Great View and Comfort

Room was large enough to accomodate 4 of us for our one night stay before Cruise trip. The view of the bay was spectular. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The price paid for the room was an exceptionally good value through Hotels.Com. We'll use you again.

Excellent Hotel!

Had a beautiful view of the Bay! a balcony! It was gorgeous at night when it was all lit-up! Rooms were very clean. We also had a suite for our groups hospitality room where the view was the greatest! I would definately stay here again!

Great location and room for the money!

Excelent location and room for the money! However, I was dissapointed to get a bill under my door with a $24 surcharge for parking that was not mentioned during reservation or during check-in.

Extremely Good Value

I began my visit to Miami a bit disappointed as I was under the impression that the hotel had an airport shuttle service available (which it did not). After securing my own transportation and arriving at the hotel, my disappointment quickly turned to a feeleing of satisfaction as everything started turning for the better. The lobby/reception area was clean, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was up to date. Even though I had booked and paid for the room at an exceptional rate, I was given a very nice room with an excellent view. The room was better than I expected. There were not a lot of local restaurants to chose from, but the location was very convenient(1 block away) to the local "people mover" (a free shuttle type rail system), which made it easy to get to some of the locations I needed to visit, saving a lot of money on cab fares. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

The rate you see now is properly only 50% off the money you pay, since they charge you for everything. But if you dont care about what you spend, this should be the hotel for you!

excellent!

We arrived early on the afternoon before our cruise left from the Port of Miami..Room was ready when we got there at 1:00pm, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony with chairs and a little table, it was clean and nice as well. I would definitely stay there again when I take another cruise. Restaurant and lounge had good sized portions, and the food was good! Prices for food and drinks was comparable to any other nice hotel/restaurant in downtown Miami...

Very Good Hotel

The service was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly. My sister and I were staying here 1 night for convenience, it was close to the Port of Miami. The bed was so comfortable...probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in. I couldn't get up! The room was very clean and trendy. We had a little TV trouble, but it was fixed quickly. Also, we needed to print passes for our cruise the next day. The printer didn't work in the business center. We finally got them printed at the hotel desk. I was charged for time the computer locked up, but it was a small fee. I would recommend this hotel.
