    This may be an issue with many caribbean hotels, but it really doesn't look like they have renovated any of the hallways or rooms for a very long time. I was on the first floor, which looked like a converted basement, very dark and dreary. In my room, there was some weird stuff in my sink, which I had to ask them to clean for me when I went to dinner. For the price being paid, I would have expected much better from this island... but then again, not many other options on St. Thomas.

Location. Showcasing sweeping vistas of the Charlotte Amalie Harbor and overlooking a secluded beach, the Marriott Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Resort in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, promises an unspoiled beach paradise. Guests are within three kilometers of the St. Thomas Skyride to Paradise Point, the cruise ship docks and underwater tours at the Atlantis Submarine. The St. Thomas International Airport is within 12 kilometers of the hotel.

Hotel Features. Guests relax in the sun at the private beach, enjoy the outdoor pools or unwind in the spa tub. For added bliss, the Reef Health Club offers body treatments, a foot bath and massage. Complimentary services include coffee and an evening manager's reception. The friendly staff provides babysitting services, concierge desk, 24-hour room service and valet dry cleaning. For added convenience, a beauty salon and gift shop are located on-site. Eleven restaurants and lounges populate the hotel, including Havana Blue, an fashionable eatery presenting Latin fusion cuisine and icy martinis.
