Great Hotel and Location

Only minor problem was that our basic room (two double beds) was a bit small to accommodate 4 people.

NO complaints. Worth the money. Great eats within walking distance. Hotel breakfast buffet outstanding

Great hotel in great location

This hotel is perfectly located for any athletic event in downtown Cleveland - within a very short walking distance of both football and basketball venues. Also only 3 blocks from the Warehouse district for great food, drink, and partying.

Nice Place to Stay

This was a great place for business. The fitness facilities were outstanding and the hotel is linked to Key Tower. The pool is nice but small and the hot tub needs an update, and some hot water. The sauna was warm and nice.The front desk was organized and helpful. Food was good and the room was comfortable and clean. This neighborhood is great for a few blocks but then becomes a bit dicey. Pick up gas and other items prior to arrival as using the hotel is expensive and no other options are close. Parking seemed very expensive at $25.00 to self park. I am not certain how much valet was as I parked my own car. I saw other lots for much less so I am assuming the hotel offered something more, except they had a huge disclaimer for damage for theft. For $25 for 20 hours parking you would think I could depend on safety.

Great location

If you're going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, an Indians game, or a Browns game, the hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from any of those sites. Overall, it was one of the nicer Marriott's that I've been in at a while. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was really nice as well. Great buffet - which at times is rolled into the room rate (along with parking!). Nice bonus I hadn't expected.

Great location, questionable service

I picked the Key Center for its location. It was nearby the Goodtime 3 where I was meeting up for a class reunion. It is also very close to the warehouse district. When I arrived at 5, the room was not ready and I had to leave for the boat at 6. Around 5:40 the room was finally ready and I could get changed. They were also unwilling to provide any compensation for my trouble (tried to get the $20 parking fee wiped).

enjoyed our stay....great comfort, very quiet and food was good. the toilet flushed slowly

Marriot at Key Center

My trip at the Marriot at Key Center in Cleveland, OH was an excellent stay. I was extremely impressed with the service of all hotel staff as well as the restaurant and bar service. It was also very conveniently located in the heart of the city. If I ever travel back to Cleveland I will definately make sure I make my reservations at the Marriot.

Outstanding Hotel

We stayed here to be close to downtown to watch a cavaliers game. the location was great, pretty much central to anywhere you need to go. definately will stay here again!
