Excellent!

The hotel is old, but I have stayed in modern hotels that did not measure up. Chateau Champlain is excellent, and one of the best hotels I have stayed in lately.

Outstanding Hotel Experience

This was our first trip to Montreal - the Chateau Champlain was a wonderful hotel with a great staff that was accomodating and thoughtful. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Staff

The reception was super nice and helpful and went above and beyond to explain how to get around and provided us tips of where to go. She is super!

Outstanding Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Luxury bedding. We have stayed here many times. Only problem this time was that the hotel does not own the parking garage anymore so you have to pay on your way out in the garage. Should have been told to pre-pay the parking garage fee in the self service machine PRIOR to getting the car. This is new since our last visit which caused chaos with cars lining up to get out of the garage. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay!

Fabulous City Views

Hotel is in a great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Montreal is one of our favorite places to visit and we will definitely keep the Marriott Chateau Champlain at the top of our list!

Take elevator down to Metro and within good walking distance of key downtown locations for dining, etc.
