We were very impressed. The staff was awesome!!! Sooo friendly. Very clean, even the other customes were friendly while in the lounge or waiting for a bus or to check in. We only incurred 1 problem at 3 in the am a couple next door was fighting bad mouthing but the sound was not real loud.If you were sleeping you could not hear it.

Great Hotel and Location

We stayed at the Marriott for 2 nights and were very pleased with both the hotel and the location. Very close to the mall and Ikea. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was nice, nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay at again!

Great hotel

Great hotel for the money that we paid. Very clean, helpful staff, close to the Mall of America.

Nice Room for the Money

Very close to Mall of America and IKEA, actually within walking distance. Pool area and workout room was really nice. Rooms were nice, but hallways need some updating. The beds were great, lots of pillows, didn't hear the airport or highway at all which was very close to the hotel. I was a little upset that they charge you for local calls, who charges for local calls?? We ordered a pizza and I figured it would be better to use a land line for the call in case they would be fishy about a different area code. If I would have known I would have been charged for the local call, I would have just used our cell. Weird! Other than that, our stay was good, especially for the money. I would stay there again.

Excellent Hotel

Great location to the Mall of America. From our room you could see the mall entrance. Shuttle service provided was very convenience. Concierge provided great information on Restaurants at the mall. Overall great experience!

Okay

I give the hotel an Okay rating: The Good Great Bed, Good service, Friendly staff, good location. The bad, They charge for the internet in the rooms, even motel 6 has free wi fi (the auto in in newcastle wy has free wi fi and a continental breakfast) 20 room motel that cost half as much No continental breakfast, they want you to pay at least 12 dollars to order from their restaurant. Pool was cold but that is a small point, air conditioner was loud (not for me but it would wake my son up, he is a light sleeper though)

Great "Home Away from Home" for the family

Comfortable beds! Kids loved the pool area! Restaurant had great food! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Hotel

The hotel was very close to the Mall across the street from it actually, but the room was a bit to small for my taste, we barely had room to walk around it we had to sit on the beds because there was no sofa well their wasn't any room for a sofa but other than that it was great
