Nice and Quiet

If you want a Quiet location with a view this is it. Stayed here two time and love it.

We feel very fortunate to hae found this location through hotels.com. We would highly recommend this location for the value and location.

A real find

It is so nice to stay in a residential area, yet have the convenience of access to necessities. We would be happy to return any time our travels take us to the Bay area.

Good except for trains

For the price, a good deal, but we went to bed with the window open and before be knew a train whistle/horn was heard. I was awakened twice during the night by additional train whistle/horns. Other than that the Inn was fine and quiet.

Great hotel for the price and environment

We stay in Marina Village Inn for 3 nights, wonderful neighborhood and it's near the yart. It's a little bit far away from San Francisco, it took about 20 to 30 mins to drive over downtown. Ferry way and BART are also available, but check the time before you leave. And the only con is the wireless internet is so hard to connect on from my room.

Perfect for the Price

The price was perfect for our needs...a place to stay for the night before we met up with the rest of our group the following day, without having to pay Downtown prices, yet still be a stones away from downtown (well just over the bay bridge anyhow). Plus a half-decent spread of pastries, cereal, oatmeal and toast to snack on for breakfast. Double Plus, the great view of the marina!

Friendly staff. Great room and size for the money. Great free breakfast. I will stay at this hotel anytime I visit the bay area.

Average Hotel, Amazing Location

The hotel itself is pretty standard, maybe a little run down. But, the location is amazing. It's right on the Marina with a great view of Oakland as well. And there is a great Tiki Lounge called Forbidden Island 0.3 miles away.

We were impressed!

We had stayed recently in the area and paid considerably more for the room and were not at all satisfied so we decided to try here. We were so impressed at the quality for the price. We have already recommended it to several of our friends and relatives. The area is very clean and felt secure. The view from the room was great and the pool was very nice. There was a nice strip mall nearby and it was easy and fast to get over to Oakland. The room was on the small side but relatively clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The remote for the TV did not work but was a minor inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again.

Great room for the money

The staff was great. We arrived very late. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a great view. All in all, this was a great choice of hotel for us and we will stay there again.
