Get there before 10 pm

The late staff was not helpful and they were incredibly slow. I would recommend for the money to stay somewhere else.

Excellent Hotel in Good Location

I was at the Hyatt for a conference at the San Diego Convention Center. The hotel is a walking distance from the center and it was very convenient.

Needs updating

The Manchester Grand Hyatt was overall a wonderful place to stay. I stayed in the older tower and it showed. The restroom grout was old and in need of repair. The floor also looked dated. It seemed like that tower could use some updating. I would recommend asking for the newer tower.

Outstanding Hotel

Beautiful property! We had such a relaxing time. We most enjoyed the location because we could walk to all of our favorite places in San Diego.

One of the Best

This hotel and staff was one of the best we've ever stayed at. We extended our stay two additional days, because of view roomand price. All hotel staff were very friendly and attentive tous personally. I will stay here first chioce on our next trip.

Hotel Rates

The Hotel overall was a nice place to stay at. Interestingly enough though, I recieved a better room rate though hotels.com then going through the hotel directly. As it turned out, I had to stay at the hotel for a conference that was job related, the rate was nowhere reasonable as what hotels.com offered.
