Location. The Maksoud Plaza Hotel is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, one block from Avenida Paulista and three blocks from the Art Museum of Sao Paulo.

The hotel has an atrium lobby with a distinguished architectural design and includes gardens, fountains, a shopping arcade, four restaurants and bars, a moving stairway and four panoramic elevators. Artworks of Bruno Giorgi, Toyota and Maria Bonomi adorn the public areas. The health club includes a heated pool, sauna, fitness equipment, hair salon and spa services.
