Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 437expensive parking but other nice perks
Parking is $26 overnight; a bit hard to swallow. But fun perks include complimentary cocktails (5:30-6:30) and cookie bar (8-10p). And these days seems like a lot of hotels don't include breakfast, but this has complimentary breakfast, too. Good downtown location. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. Other than parking, priced well for upscale hotel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 437Character, quirks and class
We adore the Magnolia, but we are aware of its odd set of shortcomings. Rooms are clean, up-to-date and spacious, but what is with the horrible little scratchy orange burlap couch? Free wi-fi is GREATLY appreciated, but the lack of premium cable channels is jarring in such an otherwise upscale establishment. Our last room had a walk-in closet and lovely thick, soft robes, but NO ICE MACHINE ON THE WHOLE FLOOR! However, the staff are unfailingly helpful and professional, the location is perfect, and the place just doesn't feel like some anonymous big-chain McHotel. You can find more consistency elsewhere; you'd be hard-pressed to find more charm.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 437Nice hotel for a night in Denver
Hotel staff was extremely friendly, prompt room service for late night snacks and convenient location to 16th street mall and other area attractions. The only complaint I have is that bed was pretty hard and both my husband and myself felt a little 'stiff' the next morning. All in all a nice place, nice price and friendly staff.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 437SUPER HOTEL! AMAZING!
I emailed the corporate office and the Denver hotel this letter...I think it says everything about how I feel about this hotel... I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you very much for all of your hospitality. The Magnolia Denver is by far the BEST hotel I've ever had the privelage of staying in. Some friends and I stayed in your hotel this past weekend (July 16th - 20th) for a girls/bachelorette weekend trip. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is friendly and extremely helpful and we totally enjoyed our stay 110%! First of all, I contacted the concierge desk via email weeks before our arrival requesting info on limo's and stuff to have in our room upon arrival. I received a very prompt response from Alan with tons of great info and more than I had expected to get back! I later called Alan and setup having a cake delivered to the hotel to be sent up with the champagne. He was awesome and so hospitable. When my girls and I arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly valet/bellhop staff immediately. They quickly loaded our luggage onto a cart and got us to a room promptly. When we got to our room we were ecstatic for the champagne to be there but were missing the cake I ordered. I called down to the concierge desk to find out what happened. It was in no way the hotels fault that the cake was not in the room...the bakery had messed up. However, Tim took care of everything for me and personally delivered that cake within 15 minutes to our room. Wow! Amazing! In addition to our encounter with the valet/bellhop staff upon our arrival; we also utilized their services for the shuttle and directions. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in any and every request we made. They also put up with our girl antics and bachelorette party favors! What good sports! Finally, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour everyday...we were always out and about for the cookies and milk but I know we would have enjoyed that as well. The staff s

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 437No complaints Hotel!
Is set in a perfect location of downtown Denver and you pretty much have access to anything you want! Was never able to attend the nightly reception offering beer and wine but what a great thing to offer in the hotel. The breakfast they offered in the morning complimentary was a great one. You'd only expect sweet rolls and maybe toast but they had hot eggs, sausage and grits along with cereals, yogurt rolls, bagels etc... No complaints what so ever!

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 437Nice hotel in downtown area
The hotel was a good choice for downtown Denver. I wish they would have given their parking rates on the website. I can see why they don't since I probably would have gone with another hotel. The parking rate combined with the room rate made them more expensive than some other good choices in Denver. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay. They have a few perks that go with the room (free happy hour, evening cookies and milk, breakfast) but I didn't use them so I can't comment.
