Loews Hotel Philadelphia

Did not feel that it deserved its 4 star rating

First, I must say that there is nothing wrong with the functionality or cleanliness of the room, and the level of service was acceptable. However, this hotel certainly did not meet my expectations of the 4 star rating. The room itself was an average room that you find in most mid-range hotels around the country. Thus, I would definitely have to say that it is overpriced.

Very Nice Rooms

This was my second stay at the Loews, the first was for business and this time was just for fun. Both times I felt the rooms were very nice--- stylish, comfortable & roomy. Nicer rooms and in better condition than the Marriott nearby. Location is great, we walked almost everywhere. A great value for the price.

Great Hotel, Only One Screw Up

The hotel was great and the concierge level was great, but there was one little hiccup. We sent down for some wine glasses and a corkscrew and it took nearly 45 mins and two calls for us to finally physically go down to the front desk to get the glasses. I would stay there again though.
