    My reservation through Hotels.com was reviewed several times and I was asked to show proof of the room reservation I had requested. Very confusing at check in. Nobody seemed to know what to do with my reservation. Finally, got a room and had to go back and ask for my breakfast coupons. Again I had to show my on line reservation to get the breakfast as advertised by Hotels.com. After this, hotel was great. Dining is very expensive (plan to pay twice as much as a good restaurant for a steak), but I guess you are also paying for he scenery as well.

    Great place for a romantic week-end. It's got modern conveinences and an outstanding restaurant, but the atmosphere is the 1900's. We enjoyed ourselves very much!
