Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 11Good Enough, with Some Frayed Edges
A pleasant hotel in a very fine location--though not quite as "charming" as the website promises. The carpet in my room should have been replaced years ago; the bed, however, was quite comfortable; nice folks up front. So good enough.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 11great location/helpful staff
close to gare du nord (you can walk if the weather permits in 20 minutes) and metro stops. Staff very helpful with any and all questions. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooms are typically smaller than what americans expect but more than adequate.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 11Great quiet hotel away from larger tourist areas
This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Sacre Coeur. The Saint Georges Metro line is also a 2 minute walk away. You can get to all other major locations using the Saint Georges line. There are a bunch of cafes/restaurants and convenience stores within a 5 minute walk. The one thing I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of an iron. Most hotels have this as a standard. Don't get breakfast in the hotel. It is overpriced. You can find a better deal at the Select Cafe a short walk away.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 11Great room for the money
As a single traveler Les Trois Poussins Hotel was a very reasonably priced alternative, especially given the weak dollar. The quality of hotel itself was quite nice. My room was very small but clean and comfortable(only comment, the rug in the room could be updated, everything else was fine). The walls may be thin for some; I could hear some of my neighbors in the morning leaving their hotel rooms, but it wasn't excessive. Didn't take breakfast so unfortunately can't comment on that. The location is great, it's close to the St. George and Pigalle metro stops. The neighborhood around the hotel is quiet. There are some cute restaurants/cafes close by. All in all, a great hotel for the price. I would definitely go back for another long weekend.

Quiet street in good location; Rooms are small with tiny bathroom, but very clean and comfortable and suitable for one person.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 11Good value
Comfortable, quiet for Paris, great place for walking around (restaurants, patisseries, bistros, epiceries, parks, etc.). Contrary to myth, the ordinary French person is a good source of information. If you are not fluent in French, get a good map or the "Plan de Paris" and study it. Streets are often very short and it is easy to become lost.
