Residence Villers VACANTEL is comprised of small Breton-style residences residences located minutes from the beach, resort center and a shopping center. Guests will enjoy numerous activities both on site and in the resort center. Pets are allowed for a fee of 16 Euros per pet, per week.

**This property requires a seven-night stay with check-in/checkout on Saturday only.** Each studio and one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with many comforts of home. All apartments feature a kitchenette with mini-oven, bath or shower room, balcony in most upstairs apartments, and a garden on the ground floor.

The following fees apply to residence guests:

  • A city tax is applicable to all bookings; this charge is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
  • Between 25th August and the 23rd June, guests will be charged weekly for their water and electricity use.
  • A weekly charge for sanitation services is applicable.
  • A cash breakage deposit of 200 EUR is payable at check-in.
  • Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.
  • A pet fee per animal per week is charged locally (a maximum of two per residence).
