NO LIGTH ON MASTER ROOM

THE SECOND DAY (SUNDAY) I REPORT A PROBLEM IN THE MASTER ROOM, NOTHING WAS DONE. NO LIGHT ON MASTER ROOM OR TV

Outstanding, very nice

This was very nice, we were sent to westgate lakes resort. From the pictures that was on the website, This room totally exceed my expectations. Very clean and nice looking layout. You cant beat the price either.

"Great room for the money"

Great location close to theme parks and shopping. My villa was very clean,room service was provided promptly when requested and the price wasn't bad either.

Dirty Room

It looked like the last time this room was clean they passed this room up. It was dirty and the sheets on the couch were never changed after the last person. When I called to the front desk they said they would have someone there right away. It took almost an hour to get someone there with clean sheets. I have stayed at other Westgate hotels and this one was very disappointing compare to the others.

Ok for Price

Able to sleep 6 comfortably. Slight mildewy smell.

Great price for condo rental

Great price for 2 bedroom condo. Closed to all the amusement parks. Plenty of on- site activities for guest of all ages.

Needs management improvement.

Every day early in the morning was somebody with a blowing machine making a lot of noise, even on Saturday and Sunday. I talk to the manager, but she did nothing. I had the same problem for the next day again and again. She said there are contracts. But why at 7:00 oclock in a sunday morning? The security was a big problem because there were people shouting all night long and there was no way to reach somebody at the phone of the front desk or security.I talked to the security in the street, and he said that if the problem continues he was going to call police, but he didnt. (4:00 AM) There are big problems with sound insulation between rooms and appartments.

Great deal!!

The cleanliness and ammenities of the room blew us away. Your getting a two bedroom apartment for the price of a hotel. The only downside was the water smelled a little like well water and the front desk staff could have been a little friendlier, but I will stay here again. Great deal!!!!

Great Family Value

Our room was a 2 bedroom suite. It was actually a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with three TVs, a kitchen and a comfortable living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with glasses, plates cookware and silverware. There was a full stove/oven a refrigerator and a dishwasher. If you have kids and are going to spend more than a couple of days in Orlando you can't really beat this place for the money. One thing however, While there is plenty of hot water and the air conditioner works well there's no heat. None at all, the thermostat did not have a Cool/Heat switch. But then its Florida

Needs Improvement

Everything was pretty good other than the cleaness of the room. They need to spend some more time cleaning the room. The place was nice and quite esp. after spending all day at Disney.

Rooms need updating. Pull out sofa sheets were stained and dirty. Musty smell but good value for money.

It felt just like an apartment complex I used to live in not like a hotel at all. We did not get our wake up call and an alarm clock was running none stop in a room near by.
