Best Spot in Saint-Michel

We sent people photos of the view from our room - looking at the island and abbey from the balcony was even better than our tour of the island/abbey. Lovely service, room...very comfortable. Very nice people, all of whom spoke very good English (and didn't mind that we didn't speak good French). Food was excellent, though the dinners/breakfasts are quite costly.

Can't beat the view

This modern hotel is the last building between you and a fabulous view of Mont Saint Michel. All rooms have the view as well as the dining room. The view is worth the price.

Phenomenal View

FANTASTIC VIEW from the "superior" category rooms through large windows-floor to ceiling-that frame the incomparable Mont St-Michel. Hotel views are UNOBSTRUCTED looking north down the causeway to the Mont. In my opinion, this is much better than staying on the Mont itself since the visual of it is so inspiring. Furthermore, being so close to the Mont, it is very easy to go back and forth for multiple visits. Each room also had a pleasant balcony with the same view for AM coffee or PM drinks with the view as the star attraction. BATHROOMS were very nicely updated with excellent shower pressure and large double sinks. Only criticism would be to upgrade the quality of the beds themselves. DEFINITELY WORTH RETURN VISIT!

Unbeatable views of the Mont

This is the last hotel before the causeway to the Mont, and it's built in a way which provides each room with a private outdoor area, so you feel like it's just you gazing at Mont-Saint-Michel. . .wow! The rooms were more luxurious and better-decorated than they appeared on the website.
