Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 592Fabulous Deal on a Great Hotel
We were amazed to find such a great rate on hotels.com for this 4 star hotel right in the financial district. We have stayed here many times (going back to when it was operated by Park Hyatt) and we love the hotel and its location. The hotels.com price made it even more enjoyable!

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 592Great hotel in great location
Nice hotel with nice amenities. Very upscale for the money. Close to Ferry Building and Market Street; walk to Union Square and museums.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 7 of 592Outstanding Hotel
Meridien is always good and this one is very conveniently located for coming and going to the airport or for going over to the East Bay. We were able to park our car on the street at night because it's in the financial district so not much happening at night. That's a negative if you want to get an inexpensive bite to eat late.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 592Great overall experience
The hotel staff was very accommodating and made the stay quite enjoyable. I arrived early, but they still found me a room to check into around 10 am even though they were sold out the night before. They also made it very easy to store my luggage when I checked out, so I didn't have to carry it around the city before my flight that evening. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are large and the location is central to the MUNI and BART stations. I couldn't ask for more.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 592Good for the weekdays
This hotel is great for weekdays, but on the weekend, a lot of restaurants aren't open, since it is in the finanical district. Happy hour was GREAT!

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 592Top of the line hotel
This is a top of the line hotel. You pay for it of course, but if that is not an issue, Le Meridien delivers.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 592Best hotel in the city.
For the price it can't be beat. Ever. Room service was phenomenal. Bay view was gorgeous and the room was very spacious. Park Grill restaurant makes probably one of the top 3 omelettes I've ever had. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Didn't have one hassle the entire stay. Stay could not have been better.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 592Get the King room w/ sitting area! great!
beautiful views and spacious room! My only complaint was paying $4 per soda from the mini bar because the hotel has no soda machines anywhere! I can be cheap in some areas!
