    The hotel as a facility is nice, well kept and clean. Located in a nice and not too busy area of Marrakech. For those that realized that a Riad sometimes is not the best experience consider this or a different regular hotel in the city. The biggest downside for us was that we were promised some things at the hotel after we reserved over 50 nights for a business trip, but at the moment of pay the bill some of those things that they offered (verbally) were not included and we end up paying for it The same with an additional room that they promise for a lower rate and at the last minute we had to pay double of what the rate was. My observation is that the staff at the hotel may not understand sometimes that the customer is first. If you have a problem, you better offer solutions since you may find that some people is not very proactive. My advice: Get everything in writing if possible. Don't have high expectations for some people when you need to solve a problem. Don't expect the service you are used in America when you go the restaurants. Also, browse for available rates and trust in most of the reviews in Marrakech.

Le Meridien N'fis is a luxury hotel located in the heart of l'Hivernage, the residential district of Marrakech, only a few minutes from La Menara Airport. Facing the snow-covered peaks of the Atlas Mountains; this hotel is set in 5 hectares of gardens. A haven of peace and serenity, all guests will enjoy The Cascades d'Ouzoud (meaning Olive Waterfalls). These waterfalls are the best waterfalls you will ever find in Morocco located in an olive-growing area. Another fine experience indeed is Ouarzazate, that can be reached by the Tizn'Tichka pass (the oasis valley of the deep south). When you're not experiencing the beauty of the surrounding area, you are invited back to the hotel for a moment of rest.

This modest sized hotel has 277 rooms divided into 3 wings, in whose center opens up a splendid Andalusia garden. This hotel has a large, overflowing swimming pool and two clay tennis courts. The on-site fitness center has a sauna and offers massage services. The spacious guest rooms are attractive, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The décor is a delightful blend of oriental and western styles. These rooms have French doors that offer a view. Guests will enjoy the choice of three onsite restaurants, as well as a tearoom and a bar. Le Meridien N'fis is convenient to dining, entertainment and recreational areas.
