    We didn't take the airport shuttle and took the train/metro from the airport and had a tricky time finding the hotel. After we found it and had a little practice it was easy to get places because of the Metro/train station across the street. There is a grocery store next store to the hotel which was good. The lobby area is really nice so I expected a great room. The first room they put us in was horrible. It smelled so musty and the beds were old and sunken in the middle. The run down and everything was just old. So we went to the front desk and asked for a different room. They have some more recently renovated rooms that she said we could have for an extra charge, but we just looked at her and then she said she would go ask if we could have a newer room free of charge. Luckily they said yes and our next room was MUCH better. Cleaner, newer, nicer. SO, the hotel is good if you can get a newer room, but I don't know if I would risk it. The concierge was very kind and helpful.

    Wonderful location. Directly across the street from the stop for the Air France shuttle to/from the airport. And, the Metro just around the corner. Many shops, stores, and restaurants in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and the bathroom were comfortable and adequate size, especially by European standards. Only the bed was sub-par. Definitely will come back to this hotel if I get to Paris again.

Location. The modern Le Meridien Montparnasse hotel is located in Paris, France, in the historic and artistic district of Montparnasse. Facing Montparnasse Tower, the hotel is two blocks from Montparnasse Cemetery. St-Germain-des-Pres and Luxembourg Gardens are one-and-a-half kilometres away. The Champs Elysees is three kilometres away.

Hotel Features. Le Meridien Montparnasse is a modern, high-rise hotel, which has an impressive art collection with thousands of works displayed throughout the hotel. There is a 24-hour front desk, a dedicated airline check-in counter, gift shop and newsstand. Babysitting service is also available.

The Justine is a glass-roofed dining room overlooking a garden at Le Meridien Montparnasse hotel. It serves buffet-style dining for breakfast (surcharge), lunch and dinner. The 1920s is the theme of Montparnasse '25, which has an interior flower garden and serves gourmet French cuisine for lunch and dinner. The restaurant also has a cheese sommelier to help diners choose from over 400 varieties.

Home to one of the largest hotel conference centres in France, Le Meridien Montparnasse hotel has a 24-hour business centre and choice of meeting rooms for hire. There is wireless Internet access in public areas (complimentary).

Guestrooms. Le Meridien Montparnasse hotel's 953 air-conditioned guestrooms are decorated in a contemporary style with Art Deco touches. All rooms have sitting areas, satellite television, wireless Internet access (surcharge), minibars and safes.
