    The hotel was very nice, the room was very nice but small. Everything was really nice except the noise. The walls were thin and their was a lot outside noise

    The Le 55 is right off the Pernety metro station stop, making it very easy to get to from the metro/RER system. It is removed from the city center making it more local French oriented and not as tourist oriented (good or bad depending upon your preference). The hotel is simplistic and just a place to sleep which is all we needed. If returning to Paris I would definitely stay in the Marais area around St. Paul and the Bastille rather than Montparnasse.

Location. The boutique-style Le 55 Montparnasse is located in Paris, France, in the historic district of Montparnasse on the city's Left Bank. Montparnasse Tower and Montparnasse Station are 500 metres away, while the cemetery is within one kilometre. The Musee d'Orsay, St-Germain-des-Pres and the Latin Quarter are all two-and-a-half kilometres away.

Hotel Features. The smart four-storey Le 55 Montparnasse has a contemporary lobby, filled with designer chairs. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can provide sightseeing information, restaurant recommendations and dry cleaning services.

Le 55 Montparnasse serves a hot and cold breakfast buffet (surcharge) in the dining room, with views of a residential cobbled alleyway.
