Great room for the money and an excellent location!

This was my second time staying at this hotel this year and I had a great time. The staff was friendly and upgraded me to an oceanfront room at no extra charge because of availability which was a nice big room with 2 separate sink areas! There is a nice restaurant on site too (a former Denny's) if you get hungry and it is within walking distance of the pier and several shops and restaurants. The beach is a short walk and is a beautiful and laid back beach. I plan on going back soon!

You get what you pay for

This hotel had a very outstanding photographer cuz this place was nothing like I saw.. There needs to be major improvements. the walls and floors are stripping. The location is right next to the beach, so they need to make it more attractive.. Wouldn't stay there again though, it looks like a hole in the wall hotel.

Not a bad hotel, you get what you pay for and this was a good price. Room was okay, staff was friendly and helpful. Bar was okay. Basic room, no extras, clean enough and would stay in it again.

On the site it show the baech behind the hotel you have cross a street to get there. the hotel room are not in good condition it has a very small refrigeratorand

Needs improvement and renovations.

The Hotel is really dirty, the bathroom have mold, I never comeback to this hotel.

Needs a little work outside but good on the inside.

Room receipt

The front desk staff would not give me a written receipt for the room. 1. I was not able to review my bill for accuracy. 2. I have no receipt for reimbursement from my employer until my next credit card statement, which causes a delay of several weeks

Needs improvement

Bathroom shower drain was rusted. had an ant bite me in the bed. There was a roach in the bathroom by the pool.Lock on room door wouldnt lock.

If you're not fussy...

Everything about the hotel (stay) was great (price, location, service, cleanliness) except for the overall condition of the hotel, which is run-down. If you are aware of this going in, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Average room for the money

For the money, this is an average hotel. Plus: No insects, kitchenette, low cost compaired to other hotels in area Minus: Rooms not fully cleaned, run down decor, deteriorating hotel conditions Basically, if ur looking to save money, this is an average place to stay in. But...I was just not very comfortable with sleeping in the sheets just because of the conditions that I saw. Next time, I will just pay more for a decent stay.

Great Ocean Views for the Price

This property is very rough. It appears that they started renovating it, but never finished. The entryways and hallways are bare concrete and rough walls. It's very dated and in need of repair. Having said that however, the rooms are clean and well cared for. And, you can't beat the location for the price. The hotel is steps away from the beach, with ocean views.

DON'T GO. THE HOTEL IS HORRIBLE AND THE ATTENDANCE WORST.

My experience was terrible. I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM with my little daughter (4 years old). The two girls at front desk were playing cards in their computers. I had to wait until they decided to attend me and, without asking my name or saying hello they just asked me for a credit card. I asked for help for my luggage but they said in a very rude mode that there was no help available. The room was really dirty, hair everywhere, dust, etc. etc. Although I reserved two nights I left the hotel the following morning. Nobody asked me the reason. The people in the front desk (better modes than the night) just said good bye. I can say it was my worst experience with a hotel.
