Hotel Features. The hotel's Art Deco brick building sits on the corner of South 17th and Moravian. The impressive lobby features dignified furnishings and oriental rugs beneath high ceilings and a shimmering chandelier. Originally constructed as a residential building, the Latham Hotel maintains residential intimacy with personalized service. A concierge is available to assist with transportation needs and event arrangements. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.
