    We were looking for a hotel close to home for a weekend getaway and the Langham was amazing! We were staying at another hotel several weeks ago and a guest recommended the Langham to us: we were not dissapointed. We chose a Lanai Room to be close to the pool. Our room was beautifully appointed and roomy. We especially enjoyed the luxurious Italian bedding - probably the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in! We also appreciated the bath robes and a full array of toiletries. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a view of the pool. On our next visit I think we would consider booking a room at pool level for the convience factor. The pool was the perfect temperature and a waiter arrived the minute our towels hit the lounge chair. We loved the large jacuzzi that was tucked away in a little cove adjacent to the pool area. Our only wish is that the pool area was located somewhere else on the property to provide more hours of sun. We enjoyed listening to a lively performance by Cafe R&B in the jazz lounge Sat nite and enjoyed a decadent Sun brunch. The Kobe beef sliders are not to be missed! The quality of the food was top notch and the service was 5 star every step of the way. We felt rested and refreshed after our stay and look forward to our next getaway! Highly recommended!

    Not only will you love staying here. You will not want to leave... and when you do you will immediately thinking about how/when you can go back. We spent the weekend here for my wife's birthday and we were in awe the whole time!

Location. The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Los Angeles is located in Pasadena, Calif. The property sprawls across 23 landscaped acres of the San Gabriel Mountain foothills. The Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery, and the Huntington Botanical Gardens are two miles from the hotel. Historic San Gabriel Mission District is three miles from the hotel. The Rose Bowl Stadium is five miles away.

Hotel Features. A Pasadena landmark since 1907, the smoke-free Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Los Angeles is emphasized by its Spanish-Mediterranean architecture. The 11,000-square-foot Huntington Spa offers hair and makeup services, massages, facials and body treatments. Fitness options include a staffed health club with exercise classes, three and three lighted tennis courts. The hotel features a complimentary downtown Pasedena shuttle for all guests. A 232-foot historic redwood-covered bridge is decorated with hand-painted murals of California landmarks. The Picture Bridge extends over the outdoor pool, which is heated to 82 degrees year-round. Restaurants include the hotel's Dining Room, which features Chef Craig Strong's modern American specialties and a wine collection. The Terrace offers indoor or outdoor alfresco dining and is highlighted by its Sunday Brunch. The Lobby Lounge serves high tea Thursday through Sunday. The Bar offers cocktails on the patio and live music during weekend evenings.

Guestrooms. The 380 guestrooms are dressed in warm colors and dark wood furnishings. Beds are topped with featherbeds, then dressed in Italian Frette linens and Anichini throws. Expert Tip. The only Michelin star rated restaurant in the Los Angeles area, The Dining Room serves dinners Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are highly recommended.
