Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 104Very nice Hotel for the price.
Very satisfied with the Lake Tarpon Resort. Room was clean and comfortable. Had to go around a couple of times to find it due to small signage in front but once we found it it was no problem getting back after we left. Staff was very cordial and would most definitely recommend it to anyone else who needs to stay in the area.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 104Great Staff and Great Location
The hotel staff was top notch. We had a concern about the people in the room next door to us. The night manager was called in. He listened to us carefully and took action. The location is excellent, right on US 19 and convenient to Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs. Our room faced busy US 19, but was pretty quiet once the door was closed. Our room was clean and had what we needed. We had a beautiful view off our roomy balcony complete with 2 chairs and a small table. My bed was a little lumpy, but my roommate's was really good. Except for the incident in the room next door, our stay was very pleasant, and that was certainly not the fault of the hotel.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 104Fully satisfied
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The only drawback is that the sign is very easy to miss if you are not familiar with the area. The restaurant was scheduled to open on Nov. 1 but there was a continental breakfast and many dining options in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The setting of the hotel was very pretty. Continental breakfast was tasty and the rooms were fairly large and comfortable.

Very clean and quiet in spite of being in front of a highway.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 104Looks good on the outside, needs renovation...
First it says it is a resort? they don't even have a small frig in the room to chill a bottle of water??? Beds are somewhat confy. can't refuse.. Toilet was .... Cover was some sort of automatic - the moment you think you finished and deside to get up - it hits you in the behind... Oh, and the breakfast - what a joke!

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 104Beautiful Property!
I was so surprised how lovely the resort property was right on the lake... I enjoyed a very relaxing night there and look forward to going back again soon. I've already recommended it to friends and family!

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 104Excellent room for the money
The hotel was very nice. Staff was good. Only complaint was the toilet cover would not stay up. Apparently, the toilet had been replaced at some point, but they placed it too far back and the lid would not stay up. Seems minor, but it drove me crazy! Otherwise, for the money, this place cannot be beat.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 104Outstanding Surprise
Very unique setting. Staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful and room was immaculate. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and spa and the lagoon beyond. Although this resort is right on US 19, we forgot we were so close to the highway as soon as pulled into the drive lined with old live oaks full of Spanish moss. The tiled Port Cliche (with water feature) was generous and welcoming and the second we stepped foot in the (very) high ceilinged and well appointed lobby, we knew we had made a great choice. Rate was soooo reasonable we were able to stay twice as long! We had several fabulous meals at the hotel restaurant which sports floor to ceiling windows on the water and beautifully decorated. Although the restaurant closed near the end of our stay, I expect the hotel will replace the restaurant operators with someone of equal caliber. It's a great place for weddings/events with access to Lake Tarpon, easy to get to. (Bring your own hair conditioner! that's the only thing we felt was missing, hardly worth mentioning. Also no snack machines.)Breakfast- fresh OJ, great coffee, bagels and toast and various pastries and some fresh fruit and cereals. Didn't use it but there is a well equipped very clean, exercise room with a water cooler. We can't wait to go back.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 104Beautiful View
Spacious, clean, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the bayou. The room we were in initially had problems with the A/C, but we were promptly given another room in which everything was working well. We got a great deal from hotels.com and would stay there again, especially if we could get the reduced rate.
