Get what you pay for.....

This wasn't the worst hotel that I've stayed in, but it wasn't the best either. I definitely got what I paid for. Wasn't too bad until I noticed the bug on towel I was standing on after my shower.....

You get what you pay for

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Ask for extra towels. When you see the condition of the shower, you will see why. Either that or wear shoes! The shower was disgusting!

Great stay/location

Only one issue, they need to update the mattresses, it was a brick! Good value for the fifty + I spent.

Great value

This hotel is centrally located to Lafayette & convenient to restaurants. It's an older property but well maintained & a great value for the $$$.

A pleasant stay

We had a great stay, the staff went above and beyond my expectations. My next stay in Lafayette will be at the Lafayette Center Travelodge. The staff made us feel at home.

Needs Improvement

Surrounding hotels and location is ok, but hotel itself needed improvement. Bathroom was dirty and we found hair on "clean" towels and on toilet seat. Wall in room needed to be fixed, was just patched up. Only plus is that they had flat lcd tv in room.

Maid service poor

The maid spilled a drink on a newly purchased signed print and on clothing, but did not report it. Hotel staff were not responsive.

Good hotel, good value, great location

Decent hotel, great for the price, and next to two of the best restuarants in the area.

just right

this hotel was perfect for the one night stay we had to have in lafayette for a family get together. room was clean. we felt safe with our brand new convertible there in the parking lot and the location was great for us. we ate sunday brunch at the Blue Dog cafe next door and it was delicious. the whole experience was without complaint.

Older modest lodge but suitable for a nights sleep.

Great Hotel for Great Value

The check in/out was the easiest I've ever encountered. It took two minutes. All I had to do was show identification at check in. The check in/out processes took 2 minutes. The room was clean and in good condition. This is a value hotel, but they far exceed the quality level of other value hotels. The only bad note is the hotel was doing some improvements and no one informed us that there were going to be workers making so much noise in the a.m. Overall, I was very pleased and would stay there again.

Not the best, but a value buy

This hotel is cheaper than others that I've stayed at and its clear why. It is a motel, not a hotel first and the neighborhood left me concerned for my valuables. That said, the room was clean but a broken remote and hanging clothes rack over the AC unit left me wishing I paid more for a nicer place.
