clean/comfortable/convenient

The hotel was comfortable & clean. Pricing at all Tuscaloosa Hotels during UA football season are high (including this one).

More pet space

Since this hotel is pet friendly, I would have assumed more grassy areas for pets to roam and do their business.

The hotel was fine for the cost and the desk staff were very freindly and helpful. Do not waste your time with the China Buffet next door.

Need Improvement

Asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. The toliet would not flush. I left decided not to stay in the room and continue on with my trip. Not a good place to stop if you like clean room.

Great value for money

I wanted some place to spend one night before continuing on my road trip. La Quinta Inn offered an attractive price and I thought it'd just be a bed and breakfast place. Turned out to be a very pleasant stay. The service was quick, staff was polite and cooperative, and the rooms were squeaky clean. More than a budget hotel, at a budget price.

Comfortable room

During our stay at the La Quinta Inn in Tuscaloosa we found it very comfortable and clean. Our room faced the interstate however the noise did not bother us. It was very close to the University of Alabama and the surrounding area. For a quick over night stay this hotel was the right price and location.

No bargain

Room was not clean. Paid the same amount as the guy behind me who walked in off the street. TV reception was very fuzzy. Morning breakfast was not up to par with little room to sit. Will not stay there again...and maybe not at any other LaQuinta

Needs improvement

Carpet in room was so dirty and sticky that we had to wear sandals to keep our feet from turning black. Large roach was found crawling in the room.
