Room was a bit stuffy, but other from that, clean and comfortable

Adequate and inexpensive for families

Expect a much older and well-used motel, but it is adequate and inexpensive for families going to Busch Gardens and other attractions in the Tampa Bay area. I would not recommend it for women traveling alone due to the area it's in and lack of security and outside entrances.

Great place to stay, but a little noisy on first floor

Hotel was great, but a little noisy on first floor near pool. We could hear people talking as they walked by our room towards the breakfast room. The breakfast room was great - good selection and good food. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

My husband and I were in need of a one-night stay in the area, and this was fine for the price. The hotel is in need of some updating, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Needs Improvement, but okay for the money

The hotel is located in a convenient location. However, the room was not that comfortable as we encountered with a leaky, noisy ac system. We saw that water has been leaking from many other rooms to the outside hallways. One elevator had lot of water inside and could not walk into it. However, their morning breakfast was excellent!

Location

I have a 2 year pass to Busch Gardens and have always stayed in this La Quinta. Every time the staff has been friendly and always meets my needs. i have a fear of being on top floors so I let them know to Please have a bottom floor close top the pool for me AND they ALWAYS have it ready for me when I check in. Check in is quick.Friendly staff. Rooms are clean,breakfast is included in the morning what more can you ask for

Great Value

Hotel was very neat and clean. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great value for money and clean

We spent the evening during Hallow Scream so the area was flooded with people at the weekend. The hotel is in a great location just minutes from Busch Gardens, the staff were friendly and the rooms clean and bug free !! Great value for money if your watching your pennies.

Great Value for money

We were there for a weekend to visit the busch gardens and the clearwater beach, we found it extremely convenient for guys to visit the park. Overall, no major issues and its totally worth the money i spent!!

Not What we expected...

We stayed in the hotel because of Busch Garden. The hotel was not so bad physically and the rooms where ok for the price that we payed. The problem was the neighborhood and breakfast. The neighborhood was horrible "scary to walk at night". Breakfast was horrible, they do offer some things but what they offer does not taste great ex: the orange juice was water with 1oz of juice and etc.. for the rest of the food. Plus it took us 45 min. to be able to do a waffle. Hope others have better luck.
