No Smoking

Requested a NO Smoking room. I am very allergic to smoke and the room we received reeked of smoke. The hotel was over booked so we could not switch rooms. The location was great if you're going into Providence.

Nice place. Check in people were great. Our TV remote didn't work and we were given another one. Also, there was no TV channel guide. The front desk gave us the one out of their notebook. Our room was right next to the lobby and elevator, but not too disrubting until the morning when people came down for breakfast.

Great stay for cheap pay!

We were extremely surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were very hospitable and professional. The free breakfast and internet were the icing on the cake. Rates were surprisingly low for the overall quality. We definately recommend this hotel!
