OK Hotel

Our stay here was very short. Checked in really late and woke up and left. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but OK if you just want a quick cup of coffee and a little bite to eat. The bathtub had hair still left around the drain, but the room overall was clean.

Great Stopover

Easy freeway access and food within walking distance. Great stop on long trip

BANGING BACK DOOR

The back door of this hotel was broken so every time someone came in or out of this door it sounded like it was going to fall off, and of course set my dog barking every time...

A Decent Stay

My room was as expected. Comfortable but not fancy. You won't be disappointed for a short stay. The exercise room had individual tv's but no sound. The headphones were, apparently, stolen and not replaced. The desk clerk didn't seem to care all that much and the situation wasn't rectified by the end of my stay. The morning continental breakfast was of reasonably good quality with adequate choices.

Needs improvement

The hotel itself was clean. Continental breakfast was not very good. Found moldy coffee filter pack inside water reservoir of coffee pot. Made me question how well everything else was cleaned. The hotel manager did not get with us themself about the matter. Had to email La Quinta home office. Only got a form letter emailed stating the problem was being addressed. My recommendation is that if someone stays there, check your room very carefully.

Overnight Business Stay

This place was OK. It is an older property, could use some updating. The price was reasonable. This one is on the north side of the freeway, there's another La Quinta just south of the freeway - about which I have no experience. There are several other hotel properties in town; I'd probably try another one next time. There was nothing really wrong with this place, but it was just OK and several other hotels looked more promising. Having said that, I'd be OK with staying here again, it's just that it was pretty mediocre. I will say the temperature controls in the room worked very well, and that's important here in summer.

Terrific Stay

Nice hotel, close to the off-ramp, easy off and on. My room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with finding different locations. An example, I don't get BBQ very often and I asked for a recommendation and was told about Big Jake's on Jefferson I think... OMG the best BBQ ever! Whole stay was excellent. Will stay again and recommend!

Good Hotel

Staff was friendly and our stay was good. I do feel like the hallways, room entry, and room were a little smaller than I am accustomed to. The quality of our stay was appropriate for the price paid.
