Great Hotel

I usually pay more for a hotel like this. Very nice, and extremely friendly staff. Will stay there again when I go back to Temecula.

Great Hotel for the price

Newly built hotel within the last 2years. Very nice rooms and great beds. Quiet. No noise from other rooms. Good continental breakfast. The management is very pleasant and helpful. We've stayed here 3 times for business trips and have always been pleased.

Plush hotel

For the money, especially, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very well appointeed and comfortable, and the breakfast was also a cut above the standard fare one expects these days. Excellent buy!

Nice hotel...Only wireless internet didn't work for me

Overall, I liked this hotel a lot...clean, nicer rooms...seems renovated recently...I chose the room facing opposite side of the freeway and did not hear any freeway noise...Only problem I faced is that the wireless internet did not work for me...I went to the pool area and I could work on wireless internet of the adjacent hotel facility but La Quinta's wifi did not work...Not sure the reason...I got a wire from front desk and used the wired connection in the room...The housekeeping forgot to put coffee in my room when they cleaned next morning leaving me without a coffee....Otherwise, I loved the rooms, cleanliness, and quiteness...Also, when I checked in, I was told that they will place my credit card on file for incidental but won't authorize any amount on it...However, I just checked with my bank and they indicated that there has been some amount authorized on it by them....Not a big deal since it will go off but just fyi so you plan accordingly. I recommend staying here. I have explained problems in details above but the convenience at this hotel was more than the above...

Outstanding Service

Our stay at this hotel was perfect. We were able to check in early and enjoy the quiet time. While visiting the family, my husband fell and injured his arm causing it to bleed thru the night. There was blood on the sheets and I asked the lady at the front desk if I could wash them as I saw a washer and dryer on each floor. She said not to worry and would send someone up to the room to change the sheets. Because the bandage the Dr. gave my husband the night before had come off, I asked if bandages were available and the lady at the front desk said no but gave me a wash cloth to place on the arm and secured it was safety pins until I could get to a store for bandages. I felt the lady at the front desk went above and beyond her duties to try and help. She was very sensative to our needs. The rooms were very clean, quite roomy, fairly new and service was exceptional. Hotel located just off the freeway, easy to find, close to all venues and the price was very reasonable. What more could we ask for.

New hotel but they need to maintain it

My room was spacious, clean, nicely furnished and the fridge/microwave was a plus. However, the room had a funny smell which may be attributed to the fact that it is still fairly new. The toilet in the bathroom was not secured to the floor so it wobbled, and the TV turned itself off about every 30 minutes. But otherwise, the stay was pleasant. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Just was I was looking for

Our dog is part of the family. I really appreciate a hotel that will designate a few rooms for dogs; there wasn't even any additional fee. It was nice to have a pool and hottub. The front desk guy let us stay until we were finished and relaxed, passed the official 10pm closing time. This was a very nice, clean, quiet hotel that had all the options I was looking for, and the cost was the same compared to other hotels in the area that had fewer amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised..It was every bit as good as the high end hotel chain where I normally stay ....I will be staying here again! Great quality..
